How to Use:
- Unscrew the brake fluid reservoir cap and remove the tester's protective cover.
- Dip the forked end of the tester into the brake fluid.
- Press the power button on the end of the device and hold it in the fluid for at least one second until the LED indicator lights up.
- The device automatically turns off after 15 seconds of inactivity.
- Read the LED lights to instantly check the condition of your brake fluid.
LED Indicator Guide:
- Green: Battery and fluid OK; no water detected.
- Yellow: Less than 1% water present.
- Yellow/Yellow: Approx. 2% water present.
- Yellow/Yellow/Red: Approx. 3% water present.
- Yellow/Yellow/Red/Red: At least 4% water present. Brake fluid must be replaced immediately! High risk!
- Operates on 2 x LR44 batteries (not included).
